PERSONALIZED PREGNANCY COACHING

Whether you're experiencing pregnancy for the first time or you're a seasoned mom, it's completely normal to have questions and concerns. You might wonder why they are calling you an "elderly" primagravida at 35 years of age! Having recently been diagnosed with gestional hypertension, you may have concerns about developing pre-eclampsia. Will your diagnosis lead to a Cesarean? And if a NonStress test is a common procedure, why does it have the word Stress in it? Why do I need one, and what is involved?

When you discuss your concerns with well-meaning friends who have gone through pregnancy and labor, they tell you scary birth stories that they experienced or heard about. The reassurance and support you were looking for gets lost under a wave of growing anxiety.

With Karen as your pregnancy coach, you have a go-to person for all your questions and concerns. Fortified with years of experience in obstetrics, she has an extensive knowledge base and a comprehensive library of evidence-based handouts that she can share with you, allowing you to digest information at your own pace. She knows it's important to feel comfortable and informed.
