Karen is here to empower you with knowledge, listen to your concerns, and provide comfort, encouragement, and safety throughout labor. Even after your baby arrives, she continues to offer valuable support and guidance, ensuring a smooth transition into motherhood.
While the tribal villages of our ancestors may be a thing of the past, the nurturing services of a doula recreate that cherished intimacy and support our great grandmothers experienced. Embrace this empowering journey together.

Initial "Meet and Greet."

Evidence-based educational material to help you make decisions regarding birth and infant care.

Assistance with the formulation of a birth preference sheet.

Monthly phone chats from date of hire. Weekly phone chats commencing in your 35th week of pregnancy.

Two prenatal visits during your 34th and 38th weeks.

On call for your birth 24 hours a day, seven days a week from your 38th week of pregnancy until you go into labor.
